COMPLETE HOME INSPECTIONS
A complete home inspection includes a full inspection and report on the condition of the exterior, the roof including porches, the siding and windows. I will report on the foundation and decks, exterior grounds and garage. Interior including baths, kitchen, attic space, and laundry area, basements, and crawl spaces. This includes an inspection and report on the condition of the electrical equipment, heating systems, water heater, and plumbing system. A written report is provided via email with pictures and descriptions of condition, defects, and safety concerns of the property. Your home appraisal doesn't tell the whole story, but a home inspection does!
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Commercial properties have special considerations, especially when buying or selling. Call me for a complete commercial property inspection. I will help you avoid potentially costly or catastrophic surprises.
REAL ESTATE PRE-INSPECTIONS
Are you considering selling your home or commercial property? Call me for a pre-inspection. I will go through the structure and provide you with a list of what should be repaired, before a potential buyer's inspector picks it apart.
WOOD-DESTROYING INSECT INSPECTIONS
Does your structure have an insect problem? Are you sure? I will inspect the entire structure and report on the presence or history of wood-destroying insects including Subterranean Termites, Powder Post Beatles, Carpenter Ants, and Carpenter Bees. Don't let insects eat more of your property value.
WELL FLOW AND WATER QUALITY TESTING
How well are you doing? Selling a property with a well often requires a special inspection to satisfy bank requirements. Give me a call for water flow rate and water quality test. After inspection of the well, water quality is analyzed by a third-party lab that specializes in water testing.
RADON TESTING
Radon is an odorless, colorless, cancer-causing gas that accumulates indoors. Are you sure your family and employees are safe? Give me a call for radon testing. Radon levels are tested using canisters that are evaluated in a specialized, third-party lab. Results usually take 2 days. Why would you wait or wonder?
